What everyone else said x10. Get rid of her asap. Most companies will send you packing even if you drink during orientation, when you aren't even a hired driver yet.
One thing I ask. Do you have your policies written down? If you don't, I'd suggest you do that, and then, when you hire someone, make them sign a copy stating they read and understand the policies and rules you set forth. It would most likely help with any legal issues that could arise down the road if/when you do have to terminate someone.

Just one more thing. As you have now posted, in a public forum, on the internet, in plain view of any law enforcement officer who happens to be reading this (and that assumes a LEO who is smart enough to read) you have now become both criminally and civilly libel for the actions of that employee. If she runs over Tracy Morgan when he gets out of the hospital YOU are going to prison. Your insurance company finds out that you had prior knowledge of her drinking and they do not have to cover her damages. You are engaging in what could be considered an on going criminal conspiracy which makes it a RICO act by knowingly allowing her to drink and drive a commercial vehicle.
The only way you should even consider letting her remain with your company for even one second longer is if she has big boobs. -

Have her randomly tested a few times a week until she's caught then terminate her for violating your companies drug/alcohol policy
