We've been using an Igloo cooler which is still working great. But we are considering buying a real frig for the next truck we get.

Been looking around and can't believe how expensive they are!

Where' s a good place to buy a decent priced frig?

It's an investment. Pays for itself over time, easily.

Try not to focus on the initial $100 +/-
I can vouch for the 3.2 cu/ft Black & Decker, works perfectly.

Yep, by the time you keep buying ice everyday or so. Then you food floating in cold water every day. The fridge pays for it's self and it does not run all the time like the igloo or coleman coolers do. Easier on the batteries..

And how is it easier on the batteries? Do you not have to run an inverter which is approx. 10% electrical loss and uses battery power even when things are not running.
It's not about how long something runs but how much power they pull. I'd bet an coleman cooler would be easier on the batteries than an inverter pulling an apartment fridge.
