Is it possible for a rookie driver straight out of school to get hired on driving a 'Dedicated' route? If so, any particular companies in or near Everett, WA to keep on eye on?
Thank you for your help!

I don't know about where you're at but I do know Werner Enterprises have many terminals and drop yards thruout the states, you might wanna ask them about a dedicated account or route in your area.

While anything is possible, I am sure you can get on with a dedicated account, but it will probably be low miles, as high paying ones are usually snatched up by more senior drivers. Also to be honest, I would keep you expectations low your first year and get into a situation where you will get the best training and experience possible, so you can become a professional driver, and hopefully get paid as one also.

Ask them about the Family Dollar and General Dollar accounts. But I have to warn you I believe you have to unload yourself and some of the backing is very difficult.

Sounds like a good gig but you'll be eligable for the $2000.00 bonus.None the less sounds a lot better then what Werner would offer.Start writing questions down so you can ask the recruiter. They tend to leave things out about the job and the ad you read is a lot better then what the actual job is.
