    I am actively trying to quit my LTL job and go to a more local job. For those that follow me on FB, you kinda know the skinny on it. I've had it with my dispatchers... Speaking of, my head dispatcher owes me a candlelight steak dinner. I like to be wined and dined after getting screwed for three months straight.

    Not a rant... just venting.

    Yeah tell me about it! Delays me getting out every Friday and ripple effect for me getting off. They don't hold these guys accountable either. Just glad it ain't payday fri it's worse.

    Same goes for linedrivers. All of a sudden they are out of hours... and when we call em out on it, they have a mysterious vehicle breakdown which they can't replicate once the mechanic shows up.

    I always end up with the extra crap when people decide to call it an early weekend.
