Valley Stream! Aka "little Queens"! Just started unloading me 15 minutes ago. I thinking, Team driving with Big Orange next! No touch, drop&hooks, newer trucks, probably more money!! I saw on there web-site there looking for dedicated teams outta Maybrook, NY! Sounds better then 16 hours out of the house every other day/night! LOL

 

Maybrook is a hike. 2 hour drive, 120 miles away. When I worked at YRC I was there in my apt 5-6 days a week then home on weekends. I will say was a great experience.

i don't think I could team drive though but if someone can handle the CRAZEYDUDE the I give them props lol.

Rough day today for me. 16 deliveries. 2 I couldn't do and one pickup I couldn't make due to too small of a area for a 48footer. 2 inside deliveries, one with a dock and was able to bring whole skid in as they like it that way better as it's easier. One I had to break down and use my hand truck. No lift gate either but that's normally an easy stop and quick. Another delivery had to break down two skids as no forklift or dock. Saw some of my regulars which is normally cool with me. Sitting at my last pickup as they are never ready till 7 but that's my big $$$$ stop.

My route should be in a 40 footer lift gate as I barely fill the trailer most days and got a lot of non dock no forklift stops. Oh well I guess it won't change. At least I got all the important guaranteed stops off

 

Especially when you poke me 3 times in a row. Didnt do much today, went to the Mall. It was #### Mania today lol
