I have read several reviews and the most common review is that it is a fun job, but usually work 12 hrs a day. Is there a peek season, meaning at the warehouse I work at and leaving to go drive, during summer we average 20 to 30 hrs a week but Sep through Feb we average 60. Is that the case with Pepsi? Is it during Summer that I can expect 12 hrs and then winter expect fewer hours? Thanks. Also do they pay overtime pay or is it the same regardless of how many hrs?
Any Pepsi drivers or friends of one?

Depends on what state you live in and if you are union or not.

My roommate from Schneider camp got a job at Pepsi shortly after joining on with Schneider. He was actually interviewing during orientation. He's happy there. He says he makes good money and has good benefits. He gets a route and the faster he gets it done the less hours he works. He's in San Diego.

I will be with Nashville, TN unit and not sure if they are Union or not.

If you're driving a bay truck it can pretty hard on your back. Throwing a 1000 cases or more a day in summer wouldn't be unusual. Bulk is cake, they just bump a few docks and pallet jack most of that stuff into the big stores like wal-mart.
Up north they slow down quite a bit in Feb thru Apr then picks back up once it warms up -
I used to drive for Pepsi.
