Today is Monday.... officially... but this is my Sunday... as I am taking my reset and will start tomorrow at 5 am...

At 1 PM (east time or central?) today... meaning 08/24? Nope... I don't think it was me...

BTW, I met a driver on 08/23 at TA in MT Vernon, MO... He came talk to me while I was cleaning my windshield... He had a cowboy hat and a dog... Don't know why, but he reminded me of you... I thought if he might be you... But nah... his dog wasn't truckerdawg... He was "kinda" attractive man... except for his teeth... And I think he was a little "inebriated" because he called me "baby girl"....

 

Harumph.... Here I went again to online dictionary...

Taking a reset at a truck stop across from busy and congested TA... in NM...

 

Yep, that would have been 8/23.

Nope... not me. I stayed at the rest area north of that TA and departed there on the morning of the 23rd.

Truckerdawg marked his territory at that TA across from you on the 21st.

 

Ohhh... you were at that parking area north of TA on the 22nd? I stopped there around 15:00 central time on 08/23... Was going to take my 10 there... but after some brief evaluation, decided to take the risk and drive my last mins to TA so I could use a decent restroom and buy a bag ice...

 

I read somewhere in the forum that someone wanted to keep windows open but couldn't because the flies would get in... I like to keep my windows open... So, here is my solution...



Bought a roll of fine mosquito screen for about $5.00, cut it in 2 pieces and hang it on top of window, then shut the door and place two clips on the corners to keep screen from flapping... I can cook in the truck and don't have flies all over... Think I will walk to TA across the street for some exercise and check it out...

 

Hey Rocks, you probably should get a 12 gauge shotgun, just in case some flies do get inside your truck!

I much better indication of not wanting to do something is to say, "Not only NO, but HELL NO! You want it done, go do it yerself!"
