I too pull a dry van here, I have been here just under 2 years. Before I started I spoke with all the Mercer folks I could, and got an idea of what I could make. When I started I was disapointed. All the guys I spoke with were open deck haulers, there rates are much higher than freight with a van. Once I made peace with that, and saw what I could do with a little time, I never looked back. July was my best month yet, but more expenses then ever. I still think Mercer is the best company I have been leased too.
I wish you luck and safe miles.

Not like having my phone number is a big deal...hell I'm just an old trucker...what's in a tel.#?

Same scenario I have with LS in a way. When I find a dedicated run I'm happy. When I'm on the load board all day and my phone is ringing constantly I'm not so happy.
