    Another newbie question...

    Do we post one or two separate apps for team driving?

    Do I understand correctly?

    We apply and then they tell us what is available? Will they do a switch-a-roo on us at orientation?

    Honey and Lovie, my wife and I only did one app at Covenant. We've run team here for 4 years. Used to be based out of VA now Indy. Coast to coast in reefer div and home whenever we want. Usually stay out 3 weeks then home 4-5 days. I could get you in touch with the Ops manager if you'd like to get some questions answered by someone besides a recruiter. Good luck!

    Talk to a recruiter and tell them what you want to do! I know a guy who hires teams out of School to drive for him hauling Ammunition and explosives for the government. He and his wife will split you 2 up for 3 months of training then put you 2 back together in your own rig.

    At US Xpress & Old Dominion it's separate apps. Just tell the recruiter your a husband & wife team.

    Old Dominion made us fill out a paper app first.

    DO NOT WORK FOR U.S. XPRESS! I am a former recruiter and they are awful. They TAUGHT us how to lie to you. Nothing they say is true. Just go find a better place than USX!
