AAaaaahhh..... Thank you for the clarification Mr. BD... I heard on the radio the other day the explanations for the popular sayings here, "cold as a cucumber", "spell the beans", "going bananas" and a few others...

 

spill the beans, Rock ! not spell, spill, ok ? Rocks !!! Duly noted and *fixed* dear lady.

 

Well it was either that clarification or I need to learn a new phrase. "Spell the Beans"............. WHY ? Are the Beans getting tired ??

 

Yes sir! Ok sir! I guess I have been too long around southern accent folks... and what I heard always sounded like "spell"...

No no, we just don't want to see the Beans spelled Beenes. Well, unless they are sesame seed beenes. Then I guess it's OK. . .
