    KLLM Transport, Inc always treated me fair, paid on time, gave me top notch Freightliners to drive. They got me home usually within a few days after I requested hometime. Once they even asked if I needed an advance to pay for airfare when I needed to tend to family emergency. Not many companies willing to do that. Felt like I was a person not just a number.:biggrin_25514:

    Agree totally with this. My dispatcher had some medical issue come up a few weeks ago, and since then I've been tossed around between fill-ins. It has taken what I thought was a fantastic experience and turned it into a complete headache.

    It's really too bad that these company's are made or broken depending on the DM or FM whatever you call them, it's a shame. If these dispatchers weren't all such ***holes I'm sure the turn over rate would be lower. I know it's not all the problem, but SOME and enough for most
