A driver called out for help coming up a construction zone. Don't know the whole story since I passed it and the chatter was behind me. I think he was trying to merge back on from the shoulder and since it was one lane during rush hour it made it nearly impossible for him to jump on. All I heard was he saying he needs some help getting on and right away other drivers Mic up and help the fellow. I seen drivers doing tire check, or even ask another driver on the shoulder of they needed help.
You sir are just another good driver out there.

The other day I gave some local info to a driver asking if he could take NM 404 as an alternate route to the northeast side of El Paso.

I'll be 100% honest, there are times that that darned cb is more annoying than an inflamed hemorrhoid on a dirt road in an old truck with a bad suspension. True, my truck can run 90 mph, but the only time it ever has was in the test drive before I bought it. My equipment, logs, permits and company are all run legally and no cheating anywhere, since I run my own authority and have to deal with more than enough bull poop already. That annoying sob preaching the gospel over the cb, the one who is looking for a lot lizard, the two drivers who are having a daily conversation over the channel...they all tend to make me use the off switch on the CB. Come on aboard, Mr. DOT man, if you can find something I'm doing wrong, I welcome the advice on how to fix it, even if I get a fine. Better to find out now than when I'm at home and the DOT audit shows repetitive violations for the last six months.
