59n out of Houston is pretty much ONLY way to fly.
I am at Crane Worldwide on Rankin Rd. Spent $126.39 on a rear disc and pads.
Remember when pads were riveted? It couldn't have chunked the pad had it been.
I took a pallet to Rosenberg and was going to get Murphy when I got pulled off for this Fustercluck. Picked up 5 crates of Lithium Metal and Lithium Ion batteries contained in equipment. Came here for AWB and airline labels and they had 3491 on the AWB instead of the 3481 it SHOULD have. So I wait.

I was at Crane for a whole hour.
And the Airway Bill was STILL wrong which I did not catch until at Korean Air.
After much gnashing of teeth and twiddling of fingers they decided to take it and hold it for a correct Airway Bill in the morning. But now that it's off my truck I don't care if it never flies.

Got home 7:30

 

I am at a rest area in OH that seems to be harassed by highway patrol... Freaking officer knocked on my door tonight.... just to "check on me"...
When I arrived here this evening, a highway patrol car stopped behind the truck and then pulled to the side of my driver door... I think he was entering my co. DOT number in his computer.... WTF???
And since I had to drive my last 20 miles on Personal Conveyance to be able to park because freaking traffic jam in Cleveland ruined my plans and consumed all my hrs... I got "afraid" officer was after me... Paranoiac thoughts I guess...

And tonight another officer knocks on my door... First time I ignored... but he knocked again really strongly... And I got mad and opened the curtain in a hurry and was about to yell, WTF!!! When I saw him...
He said was checking on everybody... Ohhh... really? Waking all drivers up... disrupting their 10 hr break...
He asked me if I was going to stay for the night... Uhhh... yeah... He knew I have been here since 7 pm.... So... he is also tracking my hrs... son of....
I told him he scared me... my heart was pumping hard... I thought it might be a vagrant or a thief or a prostitute... He apologized and went away, to disturb another driver... son of...

 

Ohio has always been like Gestapo. Once in the early 80's a buddy and I went to Ohio to see his Mother, brother and Step Dad. You could have walked from roof to roof on all the Highway Patrol cars on the highway!

Where else might I be without any money to replace the fuel I would use to get anywhere.

 

I changed the plan last minute and ran 10....bad move on a Friday, BR was as bad as was expected and then some..

Will fuel at 5 am tomorrow and leave... Will be in TN tomorrow for my next 10 hr break...
