So, what information does a company expect to receive from an accredited school when considering a school graduate?
Do they want every bit of information on the candidate, or just proof of successful completion of the course?
Will they know all about your difficulty say, in a certain area whether academically or in actual driving? How deep into the school records is typical?
What information is gathered by a potential company re school?

They just want to see the certificate. Now, you've shown them the graduation certificate so pass their orientaion and you're hired. No big deal.

Yep, I agree. The school already vetted you so it should be smooth sailing if ya choose wisely.

The only company I've ever heard of only accepting certain students from approved schools is Old Dominion, who only accepts the top 10%, but they can afford to be picky. The vast majority of other companies just wants to know that you graduated from the program. I took my diploma to orientation but they never asked for it. I'm sure they called the school before I arrived.

$700 each for my wife and I. Received 8 weeks of training Tenn. College of technology in Knoxville. We used theTenn. Powerball grant that can be applied for CDL tech. School programs. Look around please. It is worth the time. We paid up front, we owe nobody, no company has any time commitment from us. We have been working 6 months and are stacking bucks in the bank.

I went to a private accredited truck driving school... I got a certificate of completion along with a sheet that gave my grades in all the various parts, such as pre trip, hazmat, etc, also gave all the hours I drove, along with the miles and the grade of either average or above average. If you scored above average, they also gave you a letter of recommendation from your instructor or instructors...
When I first got out of school I didnt start with the training companies. .. I applied to smaller companies and use the certificate and letters to get in the door.. and it worked..
But, with most carries, especially the training companies it isnt needed..
