Yes we do have cameras in our trucks. But before you get your panties in a bunch like many of the other drivers tend to do, these cameras are designed to only record an incident when they are triggered. The only ways you can trigger the camera is when you slam on the brakes too hard, or take a turn too quickly, et cetera... It will not record you as you're sitting there normally, behind the wheel, picking your nose and wiping it on the seat. I've had the camera for 3 months now and I have yet to trigger it. As long as you're a safe driver, you have nothing to worry about.

ok thank you and how is miles usually and im fine with camera I just don't want something watching me all day that's very strange
-
Agreed. Don't worry, these cameras are designed to still allow a driver to enjoy their privacy. Miles are pretty good here. Tomorrow I'm picking up my 4th load in a row that's over 1000 miles long. Miles this past week have been excellent. From this past Monday to this coming Monday I'll have 3375 miles on my next paycheck. You should have no problem getting 2500-3000 miles weekly. Will you be hauling dry van or reefer?

oh yes outside and interior..

but it is a good company to work for
-
I hope so I like my privacy I just don't want to get their and find out it watches u drive and im not sure the recruiter didn't say
-
they dont bother you..get lots of miles..and yeah that camera im just a bit skeptical...otherwise...its great
-
ive heard great things about them its just now ive heard about the camera its just kinda stearing me away
-
I promise you, the camera does not monitor you while you drive. It only records during accidents and critical events. I forget the camera is there most of the time.. I've been working here for a year now, and I've found J&R to be a pretty solid outfit to drive for. I think you'll like it here.

hes right it is a great place to work..dont be camera shy lol...you will like it there..
