Try not to run over any steering wheel holders that jump out in the hammer lane in front of you at the last possible second.....they like to do that ya know :(

There was a truck stop on I-95 that I freaking HATED when I had to fuel there.

1st up today was a ready at 10am cut off at 11am 3 pieces from SDV to Singapore.
Got out of SDV loaded at 10:50. But Singapore didn't give me any trouble.
2nd was a crate SDV to Etihad cut off 1pm
3rd was a pallet SDV to Emirates cut off 1pm
Got out loaded at 12:35. No problem at Etihad or Emirates.
4th was pick up Oceanex on west Beltway for SDV
5th was pick up at Lubchem in Spring and drop at Clover Intl. before taking Oceanex to SDV.

I was given two pick up numbers for SDV to something I've never heard of on Lee Rd.

I asked if it was today or morning. The response a bit later was disregard.
I think another of our drivers was going to do it.

The truck stop no longer wants me to leave the trailer there. Gotta find somewhere else and probably pay to park.

Got home 6:30 had dinner and some T.V. and mere minutes from sleep.

Today was the last busy "hometime" day... Updated info in my driver's license, had some car problems fixed, this and that... Put some things back in the storage and other things in my car... I am going back in the truck tomorrow morning and eager to hit the road again because sitting here after all my errands are done makes me depressed... I know the weather totally TOTALLY SUCKS in so many places... :biggrin_25510: and I HATE this time of the year... But I am ready to go thru another FREAKING winter on the road... If everything goes "well", planning on coming back to "hometime" hotel in middle of Feb to check my P O box...

I'm back in the truck and ready to roll.... but waiting on DSP to get me a load... It's still sunny in TN here... But very cold... Just turned bunk heater on and now enjoying a comfortable temp of 80F... well... it's getting there...
