Yeah, i see quite a few of those guys running in and out of here in the lejeune area, both Mercer and LS. Need to take notes.

 

10 yr Army vet, trucking helped me get my head clear after 4 tours. The discipline learned in the military will serve you well as an O/O.

Ill be around. The transition was pretty easy once I realized most people don't have any work ethic and I needed to start comparing apples to apples. I will be posting my experiences here on the boards so maybe that will help too.

I dropped there at 9:30. the poc doesn't give good directions, so here ya go. exit 104 on 95 , go north on 207 , head north to the main gate, on left . plenty of signs. flash twic and youre in, go straight for about 2 miles . you will see army reserve center on right, turn in and go to docks.

Just finished up with orientation today, will have a few loose ends for tomorrow. I have to say, some of the most helpful people here, very nice, both drivers and company employees. So far seems like a pretty happy bunch. Not one driver so far has sat around holding court about how awful the place is or how they are getting screwed. Go figure.
