A couple seconds earlier that lady would have been toast. She did not yield so she's at fault.Of course this accident will more then likely go on your record but as unpreventable and I don't see you receiving any points for this. Also you didn't receive a drug test.Did the officer look at your logs?
should this be a reportable accident against me

She wasn't in a rig she was in a 4-wheeler. A Chrysler 300m 4 Door sedan. She ran so far under my trailer that it totaled the reefer fuel tank underneath the front underside of my Utility 3000R brand trailer.

nope didn't even check my log book!
-
PSP report doesn't show who's fault, only that the vehicle(company)and the driver were involved in a reportable accident. There is a minimum point(for the company)

Yep. Bend on over an we ain't even gonna lube it up for ya.

Which is baloney! Now, if this driver should be looking for another position, no one will touch him! Even though he clearly wasn't at fault.

I thought anytime a vehicle get towed because of an accident, you have to get a drug test?
-
382.303 He had no citation so no drug test.
tucker Thanks this. -
Make sure you keep all records of this in case down the road she tries to sue

If one vehicle is towed or someone goes to hospital regarless of fault, boom it goes on the drivers PSP report. The good news is it will not be 7 years but only 5 years for you. It is 1 point to the company for 2 years.
There was a video the other day of a tanker truck getting rearended 3 times, I wonder how many events that adds up to for his PSP or do they just count it as 1 wreck.
