did the usual forum search, didn't find the exact answer to my question. if i missed it, feel free to link it!

Submitted my application for my HME weeks ago. Finally, today, the online status update deal via hazprints.com/ues service status site. it now says
    ELIGIBILITY DETERMINED
TSA mailed you a letter with information regarding your eligibility determination. If you do not receive this letter within 10 days of receiving this status, please contact the UES Call Center at 1-855-DHS-UES1.

does anyone know if that's a good sign or not? i couldnt find out if this vague update, means i will be getting a PDI letter telling me something is holding me up/disqualifying in nature or does this mean i passed or could be one way or another?
Does anyone else, recently gone through this can tell me if this is good or bad? i am a convicted felone from 2001. and even then, it's not a disqualifying felony. i have no idea what else is out there that might somehow disqualify me from being approved for my HME

i wasnt sure if youre approved, you'd get a different message or this is message you get no matter what. and only the letter will tell me. or should i just say screw waiting and call them?

    thanks

Call the toll free # on their website and they will tell you. Then u can go straight to the dmv right away without having to wait for the actual letter. The dmv will have the approval in their computer

It's neither good or bad, it's just they'll disclose it in your letter. Like the person above said, call and go from there without having to wait for the letter itself.

I got the same email last week from HME. It took about 7 days to receive the letter and I got my new CDL with Hazmat endorsement added on the same day the letter was delivered. The letter will let you know if your eligibility.

For me the whole process from start to finish took 5 weeks instead of three...still not sure why.
