What is with the random, loud as hell release noise directly under my bunk?!
I wish I drove a freightliner. Maybe I'll get lucky and this turd will break down.

I just wish this #### thing would shut up so I could sleep.
Every 7 seconds a load pressure release noise happens below my bunk. I know my neighbors are pissed, but the "bunk heater" cooling fan isn't good enough for a comfortable sleep. -

Thats true, once I was going south of Indio, CA, on a deserted strait stretch and my engine died all of a sudden. I was very happy I pulled over quickly and stopped.
After I got stopped I found out something shorted out the batteries and I had no juice at all.
I happened to think, if I turn my Cumming fuel pump on manual, and if my truck will roll forward, I might be able to get it started and go on.
I did so, them put it in 5 gear, released the brakes, for a few seconds it just set there, finally it started to roll forward, them I got it started, and I went on my way.
When I got to a shop I found out the parallel switch shorted out. Wow, was I fortunate it rolled far enough to get it started.
Could that be done on the modern day trucks?TruckDuo Thanks this. -
