Warm weather gloves I would suggest Nomex flight gloves with leather stitched onto the palms. I know you can get them from Blackhawk among others. I didn't find MY gloves, which I use for shooting in warm-hot weather, but they also work for fairly cool weather. Tight is good, because Nomex stretches.

Thanks for the input, everyone. I'll have to look into the Nomex.
They were sold out of power gloves... I put my name on the list to be called when they're back in stock.

On a serious note... I use Wells Lamont suede leather. Look more like winter gloves but you can wear them year round. Water proof and durable for about five months. Available for $12 at most flying j's or pilot centers.

cheap brand mechanic's gloves. Doing fast food service I can make a pair last a good 2-3 weeks. We get 10$ a week for gloves so I'm not even paying for them. What does a number on my gloves is throwing pallets around not so much handling freight. My gloves seem to stay dry for the most part, another tip would be to put some absorbent powder in your gloves like gold bond powder
