I bought a truck from Arrow. They had a title agent run it and e-mailed me the copy for IRP the next day. Better call them to make sure. Ask for the finance manager, as they are the one who handles that if I recall.

csmith1281 and double yellow Thank this.

I really like the profit gauges, mainly because I never learned how to make a spreadsheet. It's very easy to click around the page, from P&L, to reports - from month to quarter etc . . . Let's me see quick and easy how things are going so far.

We pull 10% off the settlement (into an account called "Taxes"), then 12.5 cpm into trailer fund, pay me 40 cpm (loaded only), 21 cpm (all miles) into a maintenance fund, the leftover is being thrown at the business credit card, (almost gone), and will next be applied to paying off the trailer loan.

That's a nice scan guage readout!

I've done the same thing in the past - on a less than fantastic rate, with more miles driven than it was paying - focus on the scan guage and work at it to make the rate less miserable!

26cpm over the last 2200 is impressive!

No. Georgia has a sales tax exemption for carriers with federal interstate authority. I have a GA sales tax ID, so issued an exemption form (ST-5) to my Arrow dealer and it was not collected as part of the sale. I bought my last trailer from them too, same deal. The exemption includes trucks, trailers, and anything having to do with them. I do that for all my suppliers. The only thing I pay sales tax on is stuff like office supplies.

First 30 day average over 9mpg (only 6,000 miles, but I'll take it!)

Spring temperatures apparently play a much larger role in mpg than the low nox ecm update.

Dag gum! That's impressive. Unfortunately you might have an IFTA audit coming up. They are probably red flagging you with eyebrows raised. Just tell them about your KR fan club card, I heard it's the golden ticket.

Ya, that is the red flag for an audit. I just sent in my Q1 quarterly and I'm safe. 4.72
