When is trial? Some companies might hire you if you tell them you need to be home on a certain date for court appearance.

Not saying your guilty, but if I had a dime for every time I have heard "I didn't do it" I'd be rich, But at least you should wait for the outcome of the trail before heading to the road, best of luck

Be honest if its going to show up, depending what the change is it might not be a big deal or it will be reduced. The last thing you want is to not tell the company and have them find out a later. They will put it on your record as falsifying information.

I think you have received the best advice as in waiting till the trial is over. Every application I have filled out always asks about criminal charges, past or pending. Not to mention if you did get hired and are OTR you run the risk of missing your court date. Companies do their best to get you home when needed but crap does happen that just can't be avoided and sometimes you just get a bad FM who will just plain out drop the ball and screw ya over.
