that's a bit harsh, don't you think??? he isn't complaining about rates, I am not complaining about rates, doing as well as anytime during my 4 and half years here. I work at it like I always have, you seem to have got to a point where you are trying to drive a square peg in a round hole, and wont listen to advice. spyder offered sound advice, your reply was uncalled for.

 

pete if you had a compressor failure and don't replace the drier, youre wasting your time and will probably trash the new compressor and void any warranty.

 

I tried getting the dryer off and yea.. no luck. I had a driver next to me come out with his tools and try and another 2 drivers came over. So 3 of us out here and we couldn't get those 2 hoses off:O I'm not sure what they problem was lol but man i felt stupid with 3 of us out there and we couldnt get it lol. Although we all did have a nice saturday talk I have both parts so i do wanna change them Both but it looks like im find a shop to do it for me. Depends on where i get sent from here.

 

Well, i just want to get on here and do some thanking to the folks who are posting on here, good and bad. It helped me make up my mind to take the plunge and buy a truck and sign on. All i can say is "pass the kool-aid"..after orientation last week, i grabbed a load back to the house in western arkansas for monday delivery in dallas and i contined to book my own loads through the week..working my way from texas to southern louisiana around to nashville with my weekly gross being north of 3500 bucks. I was a little short of expectations, but i took the load out of orientation that didn't pay very well to make an appointment i had at home.
I'm now sitting back at the house with a load i picked up this morning in Nashville for monday delivery to tulsa and booked through next thursday.
I hooked up mid week with an old hand who had been with mercer for 20 years (his truck number was 11000 less than mine lol) and he was still happy with them and that said a lot to me..he gave me his number as well so i can do some brain picking
so finally thanks skateboardman, spyder, cj, kona, flight, etc., and mr huds for the pms

Well just tried to del my load which was set for 1000 guard tells me they don't start into 2000 lol.
