Good thing he is leased on to Mercer and not you they have a log department that reviews the logs and if there was a problem they would let him know

Don't worry about FMCSA. Mercer is at 79% for unsafe driving, and 73% for hours of service compliance. FMCSA has no effect on Mercers ability to get freight

Don't worry about, he's not leased to you! (sarcasm) Just sit back and don't point out that someone may be doing something that's not very smart. (sarcasm) Oh that's right, your leased to to Mercer, as am I, which means people's actions effect everyone! It's better to be that guy in the truckstop that watches a guy back into his truck, rather than get out and help! (more sarcasm)

"CSA RATINGS PLAYING HEAVY IN MILITARY HAULING Following the late-2010 advent of Compliance, Safety, Accountability, the U.S. military began using CSA’s Safety Measurement System percentile rankings to place requirements on newly approved and existing carriers of general and high-security freight. It’s a prime example of how shippers are using the SMS – a prime component of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration’s CSA initiative – as tools in making business decisions.

For a new carrier to be approved for general freight, the carrier’s BASIC percentile rankings all must be below FMCSA’s specified intervention thresholds – see the chart below. Carriers interested in hauling security-sensitive freight must meet the Hazmat-specific intervention thresholds.

For already-approved carriers whose percentiles cross those lines, the Military Freight Traffic Unified Rules Publication specifies certain requirements for written get-well plans."

wooo he used a word like obtuse, man he must be educated. spyder, I guess you and read something totally different, I read that he had backed in , talked to the girl at the check in, then hired a lumper so he wouldn't have to falsify his log. its the glass half full, half empty theory. they want to see half empty.

Must have missed the part that says Mercer has a log department and from your previous post you see more like the guy that would go out and ask them if they know how to drive before you offered to help

The bickering needs to stop. If not, then the involved parties will not be participating in this thread.
