I've been using the Waze app for a couple of months now. it's been very accurate at pinpointing police, accident, and debris in the road. this is just my experience in Florida. any of you guys trust it?
how many of you truckers use the waze app for police?

I've never eve heard of it. Who updates it with new location/event/debris data?
-
its users input, so another person report it ahead of you. i rather use my cb than stare at my phone
ClutchCargo777, Moosetek13 and Mudguppy Thank this. -
the users do, it's actually a very simple app, and I've used it to get out of a lot of traffic jams. it has almost always alerted me of cops at least a mile ahead.the one time it showed debris in the road and when I clicked on details it said deez nutz lol
-
You dont stare at it it beeps loudly to alert you and says police ahead or hazard in roadway
2jz-gte Thanks this. -
Oh good, I'd hate to take my eyes off the movie I'm watching while driving to see the alert.
striker, MachoCyclone, Blackshack46 and 16 others Thank this. -
