mercer transportation

Depends on where I am and what the next load is paying! The most was from NM to KY to get a load, not with Mercer though!

 

Do they pay the labor too? Just got a bill for $3800

 

They have a rate they will pay. If the dealer says 4 hours at $125, NTP says we will pay 3.5 hours at $100. You pay the rest. I just used generic numbers, I do not remember labor rates. Is the dealer saying that is what you owe or are they still waiting for NTP approval? I do not think the will pay diagnostic time.

 

Dealer just sent the invoice to me. total is like 3872? 1600 in parts and rest in labor.. NTP is closed right now so now i got to wait into 0800 and we need a part ordered.. think its water bolt?

 

Hopefully NTP will let the dealer use their parts. My first time using NTP I had to wait for NTP to ship the parts to the dealer. Every other time they used the dealers parts. I think the dealer will probably try to get extra labor time from you. Try to get them the cut some of the hours after NTP approves their portion.

 

just called them and i guess they are open tonight so geting the shp on the ball. im losing money siting here. lol

 

Guess they changed their hours. That's good.

 

The longest for me was Shreveport to Berea a week or two ago for a load that went to Minnesota..700dh miles I got 700 dollars... this will be my second longest tomorrow...I had a load booked from My house in SC to Louisville then after that a Berea to Cali... first load I got tonu cause load canceled.. then they offered me 500 to dh 500 miles up to berea..I said hell yea lol

 

Can anyone tell me what ntp is? That some kind of breakdown insurance offered through mercer?

 

Truck extended warranty. Not offered by Mercer. Some companies you buy a truck from offer it.
