Mercer is no different than any other larger carrier, they are all advertising wanting O/O's, any time you have a company that is basically self dispatch, the turn over is going to be high. There are a lot of O/O's that think they can do things better themselves, when they can't, they blame the company, not themselves. This is nothing new, been that way a long time.

From what I understand its still that way. Problem is catching them in the act.
Also from my understanding of things, those out of the blue contract cancellations were on guys running loads for cash, keeping Mercer out of the loop. The I admit, that is second hand knowledge so could be inaccurate. -
