Just send the receipt in with paperwork and it'll get reimbursement that what hubby does, whenever we park at TA we use the pay to park.
Sitting in Smithton,PA waiting to find out if this Amazon.com/UPS load in Carlisle can be picked up early right now it shows 23:59,w wouldn't normally be a problem but we've been sitting here since 3pm yesterday, hubby got well rested now he's suppose to go back to bed then grab load at midnight drive all night to get load to Chelmsford,MA. Hoping can go and get it and be done with it. Anyone know if Amazon.com/UPS in Carlisle,PA usually has loads ready early?double yellow and RoadRooster Thank this. -
Amazon is pretty much a clock in terms of loading out. Very little chance of getting loaded early. The loads are scheduled around a lot of other trucks. They are punctual but not quick. And if a Hello Kitty Nitelite needs to be loaded on your truck and it's still enroute chances are you'll be waiting.CMBreen Thanks this.

I did the reserved before.
No problem getting money back.
Threw all my reimbursement for the month onto one sheet and got it back a month later.
Easier to track my money that way for this guy.
Ups in southholland was almost always late with my load. Wasn't going to complain since it meant I was getting out of the city.
Had some good loads from there down to Charleston.RoadRooster Thanks this. -
going to pass the Breen wagon heading south out of mass going to rim con Georgia...slept terrible preparing for this night drive, good news is there's enough time on this load that I stopped and took a break...going to try to get back to a normal Rooster schedule...was not fun trying to find a parking place at 1 in the morning in Connecticut
CMBreen Thanks this. -
We did night duty last night coming up to Chelmsford,MA and when we got to Connecticut area, we tried to pull into some of those service plaza to get something to eat, OMG those things were packed like a can of sardines and half weren't in spots, the 3rd one we came too we got lucky to find a spot, there was a Snapple delivery truck across from us that barely took up half the space and some US Express truck pulled in behind him and was blocking people from going down the row, these people are crazy. Sitting in Bow Junction,NH (closest TS) waiting for a load, was told it would probably be in

Saturday marks the 10 year anniversary of that dreaded day in Afghanistan where a lot of my friends perished, and lost their lives. It's been a tough week. The vast majority of the week will be in silence for me to honor those who lost their lives.
