Cops 0 - Semi 1

The part they didn't tell us was that the uninjured cops immediately got out of the cruiser and executed the truck driver on the spot. And nobody batted an eye ...

I work for Poly which is just north of there and came thru there as they were trying to load the SUV on the rollback...in the defense of the truck driver, the GP police dept normally FLY up and down 161...based on the elapsed time and the amount of traffic that moved south thru the light, and the fact that the other 2 cars in the left two lanes managed to stop, it may have been a pink light when the cops were turning and the truck driver was timing the lights and jumped it a little and Andy and Barney thought the could beat the truck

 

I think the most important line there was, " the truck driver told officers, he was not aware what color the light was when he entered the intersection". Beautiful.

 

Find it very strange that the civilian cars had no trouble stopping and were not involved. Looks to me like the officers were the one distracted.

 

Ummmmm .... He didn't.

 

I'll save the disliking of the police for another thread.
No should ever get hurt on the job ( for all professions ). Were all out here trying to make a living.

Now a couple of people are now asking themselves WTF happened and a bunch of legal crap.
No thanks on that incident.
