CRST has an attitude that does not care for the DOT rules and regulations. Those executives live in masions and do not have to deal with state troopers after being black mailed illegal orders. Like i said most companies will fire managers for illegal orders. CRST just fires the driver and lies about it on their DAC.

 

I know what Mrs. Normand is going through. They don't care if the Texas DOT shuts a road down for a flood. They still wanted to fire the driver and threaten load abandonment. They black mailed me the same way.

 

And that safety department...Deleted...won't even help you from the illegal driving (after hour driving, no permits for the state's you enter, and weather shut downs are blasphemy to them.)

 

I sent Mrs. Normand a private message with my contact info with an offer to stop in at Tucson Medical Center since it's on my way home. I never heard back from her, but I did stop there to find out what I could and perhaps let him know people were concerned with his condition. Unfortunately without his first name they wouldn't even confirm he was there. (Although they did have a record of the last name Normand)

 

Arizona has laws. You can't just get accident reports or hospital names in that state.

You do realize that they talked briefly on this thread and he offered to go check in on him right? He's just a guy trying to help out another guy. Given the correct information, he might have been able to help these folks out.
