    And 10 drivers watched and took pics instead of offering to spot him. Some truckers always seem to delight in the misery of others...

    you know in this day and age thats what goes on. know one helps anyone else ( or little do) and they all vid or take pics. then post it making fun of them

    True dat..once I announced over the radio if it looked like I was going to hit anything,,,honk the horn...pouring down rain one night...immediately it seemed every tuck in the truck stop pulled the chain,,,goy out and looked,,,plenty of room in every direction,,,,

    Ok I asked for that one,,,,gotta have some entertainment too...lol

    Truth is OM. I'll help anyone as I'm sure most on here would, but I stopped offering a couple of years ago.

    Too many "mind your own business" responses from know it all newbies.

    Just like people lament the fact that almost no one stops for a truck on the side anymore, he'll you take your life in your hands, even cops don't walk up on anyone without a hand on the holster, sad state of affairs, but true none the less.

    I understand,,,,newbies are a pain in the ###,,I probably was. I used to feel guilty about passing a break down , but today there's isn't much we can do and drivers have cell phones , computers etc and seem to be in communications, I would ask a driver if out in a remote 2lane if he needed anything, and did stop to warm up a driver since he was froze up and was freezing.
