I have a friend that pulls on the SNI choice program. Actually the guy that started the original Runnin with JCT thread.
He loves it. I've been on his SNI account several times, pretty cool the way it works. The part of SNI that puzzles me is a complete inability to keep track of empty trailers.

Before they got Trailer Tracks it was horrible. Seriously, could go to 10 diff places looking for empties. They would actually suggest you drive around and if you see a trailer to go check it. Back then we didn't get paid for those either!

Age for child is 7 years old and only during summer break. Max of two passengers allowed in the truck.
Layover is a very very very rare thing. I only got it once when they double dispatched on load that was picked up before I got there, but the shipper kept telling me it wasn't ready yet for two days. It was a drop and hook with a pickup window.
Truck ECM is very easy to check for tampering. Each person that plugs into the ECM leaves an electronic signature that can be tracked. And if they did ever find out that you had the truck ECM reprogrammed, it is grounds for termination of lease. I don't know of any cases where someone did it or someone got caught and have no idea how often (if at all) they check the ECM for tampering. Best just not to do it in my opinion.gt4jk Thanks this. -
gt4jk and MachoCyclone Thank this.

Thanks for the answers!
I appreciate it, I have a plan to pay off the truck quick as the possible, 18 variable is a killer for business.
Might just give my self a simple 500 check to pay bills, the rest is for the truck. As for basic math, each payment is around 200 a week, for three or less years... Meaning instead of the three years I could pay it off in <1 year if running hard and have luck with maintenance.
200x4x12x3= 28800 to pay off the truck?
28800/56 weeks= 514 weekly truck payment.
Which is only 300 on average more.
56 weeks? Totally doable
Is my math correct? Based on 200$ week.
Any other major lease program you have a 500+ payment coming out plus 14+ cent variable.
.
I do live in Boise, so was just wondering how would I be getting home after month or so out.. I rarely see JCT except maybe at Americolds in Nampa/Boise.
Hope all is well. -
Looks like our point promo at Pilot and Flying J is done. 120 gallons in 120 points...
-
Fuel at Loves. We still get the 10x points there. So, it's 11, 12, 13, 14 times the points based on your level.
When i top everything off, I get about $30 in points. -
Still getting the 8 cent rebate, though I wish JCT could get us more than the base rebate that you get qualifying for a Pilot fuel card. You would think their fleet size would get more considering my last company was getting nearly 40 cents off with just 400 trucks.
-
The 8 cents rebate don't mean anything to me. It doesn't really save me any money. I rather get $20-$30 in free money per fill up than get a couple of dollars from PFJ.
I also have other reason for not using PFJ, but won't go into it on a public forum. If we ever meat up, I will tell you. -
Here's your options for payoff based on what I know to be fact.
You can set your maint account higher and use it to pay the truck off when you get enough in the account.
You can secure outside financing. This isnt as difficult as you might expect even with little credit.
You "may" be able to arrange to make direct payments to Three Diamond Leasing that will go directly toward the principle. That would drastically shorten the payoff time since it would cut off large chunks of the interest.
No worries about getting through Boise. Washington and Oregon are heavy run areas for JCT.gt4jk Thanks this.
