WEL is a way better company & they have APUs on all their trucks.

This guy gives a good bit of info, can't speak to the accuracy or if he is "selling" the company.

Knight gives you a Volvo, WEL gives you a Pete/KW. Obvious choice!

A few months ago while I was attending CDL training a WEL recruiter came down to have a chat. But he actually brought a WEL Pete and reefer trailer that we could all check out to have an idea what their equipment was like. And Bruce, the president and CEO, was riding with the recruiter as they visited a few different schools over the next couple of days. Seemed like a genuinely nice guy and a decent company to work for.

There is a guy named John Vollrath , goes by Johnny B. Good , JBG and is a driver for WEL and has hundreds of videos on YouTube. Seems very happy in his videos. I think WEL is all Reefer
