Idealism ( or being subconsciously driven by how things used to be )
results in bitterness and resentment So if a person worked for 15 years
as an O/O and ended up at company X for example , a person could
potentially become (or stay very) upset , always hovering right below
the boiling point as these unresolved internal conflicts manifest
seeking catharsis.

Its a compound emotion according
to those in the know
Resentment = guilt + idealism.
Bitterness = pride + idealism

I myself recently went off the deep end when one of dispatchers went
'old school' on me about a load that couldn't deliver on time.
It was a hoop I hadn't encountered in well over a year of being at P/A
I am not sure but i have have not heard this particular persons
voice on the phone in over a month , they my not even be at Poly any longer
or have relocated to a different dept.

When you click reply , scroll your arrow over the post you're going to reply to and click then use backspace. You can quicken it by going to the point you want to begin deleting and click hold and drag upward in the comment to the point you want to stop, it will hightlight that segment blue then tap back space. Works for me , I'm pretty sure it works with the quote tab in the same fashion. You have to edit out on their post what you find insignificant to your reply , it does not change their original post , but basically highlight's the part you're focusing on by showing only that part above your reply . I'll give you an example my next reply.

Did one of your grade school age grandkids teach you that? Nice to see how your grade school age grandkids showed you how the internet works or did you figure out how to post that all on your own ?

 

I learned all about the internet, networking, and all sorts of IT hacks in college. Besides, my grandkids are high school age. The reason it took me a while to post it is because I was rooting my Note 3 so I could get rid of that stupid Lollipop upgrade notice and remove Knox. So, what did ya'll do to Snackbar, I haven't seen anything from him lately. Maybe he is booking his trip to the Montana Cave spa resort.

 

I haven't set sail for no man's land just yet. I just had another issue with a broken phone screen, and then the hassles of activating a backup. But I am back online, but only operating at 3G speed since the $29 Straight Talk phone isn't up to 4G technology...but it is better than the Net10 flip phone I use to have for a backup.

Newsflash...shipping wasn't behind on all loads this weekend. Took the only load that would allow me to probably get home before my wife leaves on her business trip. 5 stopper, and my 1st voluntary trip to the northeast. And it was ready ahead of schedule, although I did hear the guy in shipping give a driver bad news, there were some loads delayed because of product delays, but it didn't sound like it was a widespread issue.
