Dropped an application with Mercer but haven't heard back from them yet. Another place that called me back said I couldn't go with them because I didn't have OTR experience in the last two years. I came off OTR in 2013. What is Mercer's policy on recent OTR?

 

They want 1 year OTR experience. At least thats what ive been told

 

I have more than that, but within how many years? I've been LTL for two years

 

5yrs i think. Its on their website.

I think they make you pay 50% up front for whatever equipment you get from their company store. Usually $1200-1300 depending on how much stuff you get from them... Unless they have changed that, been a while since I talked to them...

 

Welp...that might be an issue...how much do kidneys go for these days?

 

My husband's recruiter said $1100 up front and the rest will be taken out of his settlements over the next 60 days.
