follow the cable there is a reboot switch there. Also not sure if it's a coincidence but every time my apu went out was after the qualcomm would not respond. After my Apu was reset it was fine.

You can call the omini tracks Automated help line and put the Unit Address (On the back of the unit) in and they will reboot it from the box in the dash. -
Several ways. Easiest way is to pull a certain 10 amp fuse in the fuse panelOr you can go to the main computer box (normally mounted in the side box) and disconnect the main cable. If you are adventurous, you will discover that there's another fuse that will make your Qualcomm power off and on, like it does when your engine is shut off for long periods. Pull that fuse, the Qualcomm will work to send messages, but the GPS won't work, elogs won't work, and you will be able to send messages. When it powers out of sleep mode.
Straight Stacks Thanks this. -
On mine I hold the button with a head on it for 20 sec and it will reboot.

On the old ones we hit Control Alt Delete at the same time for a couple seconds. On the new one they said hold the home button for 8 seconds then the speech button for 8 seconds or some such combination to reset the unit. I also found that going into the side box and completely unplugging the unit cuts all power then re-plug it back together.

I tried all the button resets I think I searched on here (imagine that) but they never workded.
