How do you go about suing a company

I will reiterate what was said earlier, if you sue you may have to go back to England or lose your case. Be careful what you wish for, you may not like the results.

 

I think you should feel lucky to no longer working for England. Id find another company to work for

 

I'm sure Paul Harvey has a take on this ... but here's my two cents.

I went through CRE's program ... first the road test isn't that tough and is pretty much horsed by the tester.

Second, while I was there for my upgrade, one person failed out - not fired - failed. But, it wasn't after one test, it wasn't after two tests. He failed twice on his first attempt at upgrade and was sent back out with a trainer for additional training ... then after he failed twice at his second attempt to upgrade, was when he failed out. Frankly the whole time the guy was so scared, he looked like he was going to pee himself.

So my take is if CRE bailed on you after one upgrade test, you must have done enough to scare the crap put of the tester and then been a real douche about it.
