Man those new T680s look sharp. I think it's time to upgrade
-
Well I wanted to California run I got one. A three stop load, two in Stockton one in Modesto. I hope they get me a load running back to Florida after that. I have got to pick up my stuff and get some juice for my box mod. For those of you coming on to JCT I was in the yard 48 hours ago. There are approximately 14 2014 and 2015 evolutions, about 12 579's but no 680's are ready at this time. There's a bunch of 680's on the back line waiting to go through initial inspection. The Evos are all 200k mileage and up. Most have the Carrier APU, but avoid the Dynasys APU AT ALL COSTS! THOSE ARE BOAT ANCHORS AND WILL COST YOU $$$$!
MachoCyclone Thanks this. -
Which one would you prefer the 579 or the evolution or the 680 thanks

Ok so if you're in a truck stop and someone scratches your tractor and takes off before you come outside, will that screw you out of your safety bonus? Asking for a "Friend......"
-
Also, on another note, screw Tyson and their wrong temperature recorder using selves. Whole load of chicken at Stater Brothers refused because they used a Walmart recorder and Stater cant read them.....
BJnobear Thanks this. -
Two more stops added. Another Stockton and Hayward. Boo and Yay at the same time.
-
So my apu keeps blowing the engine start fuse but only if the outside temperature is under 40. Anyone know where this #### thing is grounded? It is the tk on and evolution.
-
Mostly likely somewhere on the frame. The frame of the APU or the frame of the truck I couldn't say. You could try to follow the wires from the APU to where it is grounded if you feel like trying to crawl under the truck and under the cab.
On another note, while I was at the yard yesterday, I found out from my DM that the pet deposit has gone down from $2000 to $500. They did refund $1500 to the drivers that paid the $2000 deposit. With it only being $500 now, I am considering getting me a dog for the truck.Last edited: Nov 20, 2015

Wow! That's really great!
I've carried my pup with me for two years before and it was a adventure. lol
Miss it now but it was like saying my jobs not hard enough as it is, let me add work to it at every turn.
But here I am considering it again...
