Cat scale app is great, transflo app also. The new toll pass is going to cover 99% of the tolls. Save us time.

    Rock6531 and ncmickey Thank this.

The transflo app I did, and I think I got the peoplenet app right except it says it will be dataless until my next dispatch. Which is tomorrow morning. I didn't know we could tie our fuel card to the scale app...in fact I was wondering about how to pay for scales...no one in orientation said we just slide the fuel card. I did mention to them about the CAT scale app...the lady who does the payroll (who's name I forget...that darn memory lapse again) said she'd mention it to management about looking into hooking it up. No one even told me how to accept a load offer...had to figure that one out on my own as well, good thing it was easy...you know us old farts and our battles with technology.

I did get a shower from my truck today. But, since it's been below freezing for days, I think it was collected condensation. I moved from the Rochelle Petro to the Flying Pilot/Rump Ranger so I can shower for free in the morning, as I turned right out of the Petro lot, a large stream of icy cold water came out of the trim under the drivers map light all over my left side...made me feel like I was back in a Freightliner again.

Plus, Bryce said our e-log gives us 10 miles before automatically telling us we're switching to drive time...mine does it before I get out of sight of the truck stop. Did they switch it, or does my unit need an adjustment?

Not to mention it's hooked up to the NC scale bypass system...

Would especially help tomorrow, I am 2.5 miles away from my delivery. Guess I will have to use Mr. Skip tomorrow...

Talk to a priest...your truck is haunted. Seriously, it may be the switch. The soft touch switches on mine only take a light brush of my finger.

Yeah I called and asked Paul about the scales on my first load. He was the one who told me to just use my fuel card.

I dont have 10 miles on mine either. Maybe it is something with the vlbrand new rigs. I mean our radio and guages are about the only thing working on the smart nav, so maybe other things are messed up too.

My peoplenet locked up yesterday, good thing Bryce told us about the reset...stopped in Minomonie for my 30... wouldn't do anything. Rebooted it and has been working fine. And it only has a few messages on it, so it isn't out of memory.

When you set up the cat scale app, put in your fuel card #. Then as you head to the scale, I pull up to the ramp then access the app, change the trailer # if needed, hit the scale. When I transflo the trip in, I include the scale tickets with a note,( paid for with EFS card ). Just so accounting knows.

    HeavyHauler33 Thanks this.

Please be conscious of how you use the 10 mile personal conveyance. It's great to have when you need it.
