Maby he is like me. I am full time Police Officer part time O/O I carry every place I go and can d so legally. (some exceptions apply)Original Bender and Mudguppy Thank this.
-
None at all. This get's fuzzy because all companies under the sun ban firearms from being carried in their vehicles. Some smaller companies and of course true OO's could carry.chris887 Thanks this.

If I have ccw from another state, not CA. I don't think I can wear the gun in CA.
-
Perfectly legal in many places. There is no federal law against guns in trucks. Most states do not treat trucks differant than cars as far as guns are concerned. Many truckers carry. Unfortunately my company has a no gun policy, would be good to have one as I am local in chicago.hunted Thanks this.

I'm sure he doesn't wear it when he's at shippers or receivers.
If you have the required permits you are allowed carry and should do so if you like. If your company doesn't think twice about putting your safety in jeopardy find a different outfit to drive for.canadianredneck, brian991219, Mudguppy and 1 other person Thank this. -
That may be true, but if someone has a California issued ccw is there any reason they can not carry in a truck?
-
Good for you! I bet you never get a ticket at the scale house
-
Ok, but let say, you are stopped by DOT and the officer decided to search your truck?
-
Wrong there is no brotherly love. They will break it off in me just like they do to everybody. And if stopped or pulled around back of scale me being the police never comes up in conversation.TGUNKEL Thanks this.
