How long have you been there, what fleet are you on and who is your primary D/M?

 

I'm just starting out with System Transport myself. I'm on the Texas regional account and Kelly is my dispatcher.

 

How long have you worked there (System)?
Sounds like one of recruiters who might've posted this, trying to promote company.

 

Nope, I'm a driver. I've been here a couple of weeks now

 

Im asking original poster. Btw 2 weeks is nothing. I was excited as you were my first 2 weeks or maybe even 2though months. Give it some time...

 

If it looks like a fish, sounds like a fish, swims like a fish . . . then it's a recruiter. The verbage is classic 'non-driver' and classic 'corp-speak'. If you are a driver go back to the desk PR job, you are good at it.

"They treat you like family and not just a number."
"It's a great environment all together."
"There is a lot of long term drivers around."
"It is a fast growing company, the benefits are good as well."
"The driver managers are there to take care of the drivers."

 

If you're happy and you know it, clap your hands. That's all I'm gonna say.

 

Maybe if you'd treat drivers better you wouldnt have to post your shameless plug for company.
