If you are thinking about switching carriers I would highly recommend systems transport, or TWT. They treat you like family and not just a number. There orientation is great, the instructors are great, it's a great environment all together. All there equipment is great and not ran into the ground. There is a lot of long term drivers around, and the turn over rate is not horrible like other carriers. The pay is pretty competitive and from my experience the driver managers are there to take care of the drivers and know most of them by name and not a number. It is a fast growing company, the benefits are good as well.

Glad you're enjoying System. (Not Systems).

How long have you been there, what fleet are you on and who is your primary D/M?

I'm just starting out with System Transport myself. I'm on the Texas regional account and Kelly is my dispatcher.

How long have you worked there (System)?
Sounds like one of recruiters who might've posted this, trying to promote company.

If it looks like a fish, sounds like a fish, swims like a fish . . . then it's a recruiter. The verbage is classic 'non-driver' and classic 'corp-speak'. If you are a driver go back to the desk PR job, you are good at it.

If you're happy and you know it, clap your hands. That's all I'm gonna say.

Maybe if you'd treat drivers better you wouldnt have to post your shameless plug for company.
