Well, whoever I'm with, it'll be all good. I understand that some drivers aren't happy, but I'm sure that happens with ANY job. I know that I've been driving for awhile, and I love being able to do my thing and not be hassled at every moment. I like to keep the positive train going, and keep away from the negative. Life is much better that way.

 

That's the only way to do it. I like the fact I don't hear from my DM for a few days or more



Thing I don't get is if you aren't happy or feel you aren't treated well why stay? @mitmaks

 

Maybe I have goals, i.e. Id like to stay with company two years.
You start jumping from company to company and it doesnt look good on your record. After a while even Swift wont take you.
To sum it up-companies like to hire someone with good job record.

 

Leaving won't damage anything And companies don't start looking until you have 4 or 5 moves writhin a year or two.

 

There are other goals Im trying to accomplish as well so I have to stick it out for a bit

 

Camrob-you should post how you like/dislike any company after you've been with them for at least 6 months, preferrably a year or more.
It might seem as great/bad company at first until youve been with company for a bit

 

Mitmaks, if a guy is happy wherever he's at, and wants to post about his experience, then let them. Just because you may be unhappy, doesn't mean that everybody else should be. Just my 2 cents, take it or leave it.
