Freezing! Need help with APU

    I have Thermo King APU evolution, with three knobs for control. it worked fine when I stopped. Now I realized I can't control it at all. LED lights are stuck and they won't turn off, therefore my APU won't kick in. I completely turned the power off to the truck, but that didn't do nothing. So, I am sitting here, trying drain APU battery. Any help would be awesome

    I FEEL YOUR PAIN! I HAVE THE APU, BUT ITS THE OLD STYLE. WHEN I TURN IT ON IT WONT DO ANYTHING BUT JUST SPIN NO CODE COME UP AT ALL. ITS LIKE ITS NOT GETTING ENOUGH OF FUEL OR PRIME LOST IN IT I JUST DONT KNOW. THERMO KING WILL CHARGE U TWO ARMS AND A LEG. ANYONE GOT ANY IDEA WHAT MAY BE GOING ON WITH IT.

    That is the manual for your apu. If you cannot trouble shoot it. Call the number provided on one of the last pages.

    Why would you drain the apu battery? The heater is an espar under the bunk, nothing to do with the apu running other than providing juice for the heater fan. Do you want to power the truck and apu off by unhooking batteries? Its easier to just pull fuses.

    bunk heater will not drain the batteryes if they are good. just turn off your fridge and tv

    It won't run the heater, since the control knob doesn't turn off. It's like you know when your computer freezes, that's what I am dealing with right now.

    The knob is a button also. Left knob that is.

    Pull fuses and replace fuses. If that does not work. Call number ... Thermoking emergency "cold" line (888) 887-2202

    or idle. or if not allowed to idle call company and get a hotel room. or bundle up.

    No worries everyone, I got it fixed. This is a newer model of Apus and it has a motherboard sort of. So, like I said it's like a computer. Unplug it and plug it back in. The correct term of 3 knobs is HMI controller, if I knew that from beginning, I'd be sleeping already

    THE COMPUTER PROBLEM; FLIP IT OVER AND TAKE THE MAIN BATTERY OUT AND COUNT TO 10, THIS SHOULD ALLOW IT TO RESET ITSELF, PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF THIS HELP , LADY DOE

    My APU Evolution starts within a few minutes of starting my airtronic bunk heater and cycles on and off every 30 minutes or so. And this is a brand new truck with 15k miles.
