I'm not matched to any loads....so do I have to actually preselect loads before I can see my position.

 

Yes. I would make sure you want it. Your pretty much locked in once you do that. Ask you coordinator where you'd be. They don't care, really. You want, you don't want it they don't care. I pester mine a lot about loads and what they think about them. They see the bigger picture, so they will have a better idea of it.
Use the coordinators, they're the to help us.

 

You need to get with your coordinator and change your preferences so the system matches you up to loads. Maybe you got your dh set to low, or your rate to high.

 

Noooo don't pre select. Call your coordinator and have her set your preferences and you should start matching up to stuff. My coordinator doesn't set mines up until she call me or I call her because my preferences are different for each area

That's what I do, change them almost daily.

 

Maybe that's why I'm not seeing anything matching..I've been home since Friday with truck being in shop. I told her I would call her once I was ready to go back out.
I have my dh set @300 on my side.
1.60 min pay.

 

Well call her and give her that as well as a date when you'll be ready. One example is when my truck was in the shop and I told her so she took me off the board until I called her and told her I was ready. Well my truck wasn't disabled so I called her back and told her to set my pref to local stuff that paid at least $### so I could grab it and also if you are doing some local stuff tell her you wanna hold your board position so your higher up o the board to leave out
