Oh no, not the cabbage! What is that nice new truck? Freightliner? The truck number is funny, considering. "1111" or four aces? Not much luck that day. Not the good kind, anyway.

I get what you're saying, Jackal. It's so easy to make a little slipup, and then - wham, you're the one.thejackal Thanks this.

Beer is sold at truck stops because
A) revenue, sales, profit
B) more customers
C) because America
And D) because beer doesn't kill people unless you:
e) are dumb since inception
f) can't handle a high BAC level
h) are immature
g) no self-control
I) low focus to perticulars; such as 'h' and 'g' being in reverse order. Which could easily happen even if sober. -

Heck, NH has state-run liquor stores at their highway rest areas. If there's money to be made selling it, it's going to be sold. Responsible consumption is 100% on the consumer.cnsper Thanks this.

When I lived in OH, they had drive-thru places about the size of a Blue Beacon that was basically a c-store you didn't have to get out of your car at. You could buy a loaf of bread, a gallon of milk, some beef jerkey, and case of ice cold beer or a bottle of cheap wine or liquor. Brown bags were optional.
