Anybody have a smartwatch?

    I'm thinking of buying a new phone, and a watch to go with it. But don't really want to spend around $300.

    I'm thinking of the older model samsung but don't know if i like that much real estate. Not sure on the newer model having NFC for Samsung pay when it rolls out next month. But be a nice feature to have, maybe.

    What brand are you using and what was the cost????? Heart rate monitor might be nice, but all i really want is the messages notification feature to go with the time feature. Probably the phone calls feature too.

    There's a couple of CHEAP models. $10 and $35. The customer reviews are great for both models but i don't want to wait 4 weeks for it to arrive. And it looks like the $10 flavor might not last throughout the day on battery life.

    I have the Samsung gear s2. Not cheap but I like it, basically any notifications I get I can see it on my watch instead of pulling out my phone. I can control the music with it too. don't think it's really necessary to have but just a luxury thing.

    There will be an Apple Watch in my future... But I will wait for the 2nd or 3rd generation. The wife wants one too. Thinking the Space Gray dark band and face.

    considering we're not allowed to use our phones anymore, basically speaking.
    a smartwatch probably be a nice thing to have.

    i bought the s6 and gear 2. it's nice to be able to use it without the phone around you. can't wait to test it out and see how it works.

    dick tracy watches are coming around. :)

    I don't mean to revive an old thread, but I have a huawei watch. I had a s2 but I don't have a Samsung phone and lost allot of the functionality. Android wear (the OS on mine, tizen is the s2 OS) can be used with any Android phone with full functionality.

    As far as the watch, it's nice fit updates, notifications, quick message check, it to send a quick one. Also being able to change the watch face is nice

    I have an I phone but love my G Shock watches and have a few. Since Im not trucking anymore Im stuck back on my silver one.

    I have the samsung s4 samsung s5 samsung s5 edge and the droid turbo..............here is one thing i can say...i cant wait to get an iphone again. And with that im going to get the smart watchbthey offer my brother has it and loves his. Its beneficial to us.

    Have a pebble. The e ink screen has way better battery life then the other smart watchs out there and all the functionality.
