    Just picked up at that plant earlier in the week and the on site scales are in-op but as has been pointed out before there are many CAT scales before ever crossing a DOT scale.

    Illinois = 1 of the most corrupt states in the union. I recently got busted going into S D for the same violation within 50 lbs of your bros. Fine was 209.00. Had to pay fine and fix load before I could leave. I was given a court date but appearance is optional.
