Sue, sue, sue! I am ####ing sick of all these billboards advertising that they will screw somebody over for you

Then don't read them! I am ####ing sick of spending as much money as I spend on products only to get let down and screwed over, or have my life put in danger, and incur financial damages for their screw ups! I've never sued anyone in my life, but this is certainly warranted. And if you spent $180,000 for a truck like I have, you'd do the same!

 

Even if the lawsuit got up to $1billion, the end user might see less than $50 bucks. The lawyers on both sides buddy up and stipulate in the paperwork that the lawyers only get a percentage of the first $5million, so voila what you have most of the time is a $1billion class action settled for $5 million, lawyers max out their percentage in the shortest time possible and Volvo, Volkswagen etc go on about their business.

 

So what. I'm not looking to get rich. And it doesn't cost me anything out of pocket. But I'd suspect significantly more than $50 sir.
