How long did it take you to get in Schneider IC choice? I had filled out the app a week ago and spoke to a recruiter and filled out the app for sfi. How long does it take for them to do a background and call and say your accepted? Please would like to here from actual schneider ic choice drivers. Not company drivers or drivers from different companies who only have educated guesses

Just to add a bit more info..... they want you to have a tanker endorsement as well. I called them up got the info and went that Thursday and got that taken care of, then they started my background checks and sfi application. It took about a week and a half to get that approved because they have you do phone interviews with sfi, sni, and atbs. then you start discussing what kind of truck you want, new or used, make, color, all the fun stuff. Then after they get you all approved they'll set up a start date. I told them I wanted to start as soon as possible as I was already looking to leave my former company. That's just my experience though, yours may differ. I think it also has a bit to do with the area you live in too. Good luck to you

When I drove for Werner they didn't say anything to me about not having one. I left them three years ago though. Just getting back into otr after hauling feed last few years

any driver in this country is not required to get a tanker endorsement to pull a van.

It is a requirement to have the tanker endorsement to haul liquids via tanker or van with totes within the endorsement regulations.

No tank endorsement, don't haul liquids....

Tanker endorsement is super easy, at least in Texas it was. 10 common sense questions and that's it.
